Non Liability Waiver

• I acknowledge that my participation in the event organized by Geaux Create Studios may involve certain risks and dangers. 
• These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, property damage, etc.In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event, I hereby release and discharge Geaux Create Studios, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or liabilities, whether at law or in equity, known or unknown, arising out of my participation in the event.I understand that Geaux Create Studios is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss sustained during the event, unless caused by the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Geaux Create Studios.
• I confirm that my participation in the event is voluntary, and I have not been coerced or forced to participate against my will.
• I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional or publicity purposes by Geaux Create Studios.
