Geaux Create Foundation Terms & Conditions

Geaux Create Foundation has established specific terms and conditions to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all clients.

Building Use Regulations

- Access is granted only for the dates and times specified in the rental agreement. Renters are responsible for informing all participants of these regulations and are financially liable for any damages caused during their use of the facilities.

Children’s Policy

- Only children who are being photographed or filmed are permitted in the building. They must remain with their parent or guardian at all times, including when using restrooms. Unsupervised children may result in the guest being asked to leave without a refund.

Furniture and Prop Handling

- As a creative Foundation, props may be moved between rooms to create your ideal set. Please allow yourself adequate time to set up and achieve the specific scene you desire.

- If you plan to move furniture, please bring an additional person to assist. Dragging furniture, especially in the white room (Suite 3), is prohibited to prevent damage.

Failure to return the room to its original state may result in a reorganization fee of a minumum of $100.

Shoe Policy in Suite 3

- Only individuals being photographed or filmed are allowed to wear shoes in the white room (Suite 3). Dragging furniture in this room is also prohibited. Any damage to doors, walls, or furniture may incur additional fees.

Liability and Indemnification

- Renters agree to conduct activities without endangering any person or property. Geaux Create Foundation is not responsible for verifying the age of participants; this responsibility lies with the renter. Renters must hold harmless and indemnify Geaux Create Foundation and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from their use of the premises.

 Cancellations

- Geaux Create Foundation is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, lack of participation, or other reasons. Rental charges apply unless the rental is transferred to another date at least seven working days before the original date. If the studio is closed for any reason, a full refund will be provided. All payments are retainers to hold your date and are non-refundable; transfers to another date are at the owner's discretion.
